Put the summary of the bug you're having here
What I expected to happen was...:
the command /say @e would say the name of the player.
What actually happened was...:
The @e target selector did not select players, for example /kill @e did not work. This was demonstrated in my screenshots with /say @e.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world with cheats
2. /say @e works as expected.
3. teleport to 0 0
4. still works as expected
5. teleport to unloaded chunks (10,000 10,000)
6. /say @e no longer works. teleporting back to spawn doesn't fix it.
over three tests, this issue was 100% reproducible for both myself and my cousin, and he had a fresh install of minecraft on windows 10. (screenshots from his computer.)
