[MC-101486] luncher will not lunch on windows 10 (NOT windows 10 edition)

Every time i try to lunch minecrat.exe or the installer version i cant get the launcher to open it just crashes and gives me the error report attached.
I dont know if its a minecraft problem or java problem becuse i have no issues with my laptop running the same thing

Thanks for the help. And i know this page is for bugs only i did not know what it was i just thought it was a bug and you would be able to help maby be a liile less ove an @$$. Maby next time just say this is a tech support issues i sorry we can not help you here
