[MC-101661] Sound not playing on startup.

Whenever I start up Minecraft the sound doesn't work. I usually not to enable then disable a resource pack to get it to work. My headset works just fine, this only affects Minecraft.

Your issue is the same as described in MC-9974, resolved as duplicate.
