ever since 1.9 first came up no servers or single player worlds will work, this is not the same issue where Vsync and VBO's aren't on. i have no clue what is wrong with it

i haven't played minecraft i a while since this started happening, and it is really annoying.
now every time i try to go into a singleplayer world or server my game crashes and i get an error report, every time i publish the report but nothing seems to be helping.

The following is the crash report, i'm not sure if this will help or not, but if it does then here you go.
