Colors are red and blue

We recently opened minecraft and the colors are or distorted, there is now a red and blue glow around the blocks and the whole screen looks ugly. we tried uninstalling and reinstalling but with no success. We have the newest version of Java. If this issue cannot be fixed then we will be asking for a refund;(
