My Minecraft Server keeps disconnecting me.

I have been hosting my own mc server for years by port forwarding and running them on my pc. Around the time of updating to windows 10 I have started to disconnect from my own mc server with the error:

This will happen to my brother to when he plays on his account. We live in same house, same router, and same public ip address. Recently he has stopped playing on the server with me and I still experience the same issues.

I usually disconnect 2-3 times under 20min of first joining until it stabilizes and i wont disconnect anymore.

This is an annoying bug and i have not found any solutions or anyone else who has the same problem as me.

I do not disconnect from any other public server, just my own.
