[MC-102048] Particle Blockdust (assuming that is the title of the new particle under suspended sand) does not collide with blocks below it.

This causes it to look like other blocks below sand blocks are giving off the blockdust (fallingdust) particle.

It looks like the reddust particle instead... not sure though.
