Structure Blocks don't save properly

Confirmed in 16w20a (System specs: Windows 8.1, latest Java, default directory tree). You can successfully save and load structures from memory, but leaving the world and re-entering removes all structures from memory and doesn't reload them. Likewise, there are no files being saved in the world folder to save the structures.

EDIT To be clear, no structure files are being generated anywhere on my PC, not just the world folder.

The same problem. At all, structures saves normally on server world (not local LAN).

The mod edit is incorrect, MC-102065 is about Linux. Besides that @unknown confirmed it for OS X.

Technically, it tries to save with a relative path to disc in Windows, however, it can't successfully save to ...\.minecraft\C:\Users\... because there's a : in the path, which is only for the top level discs (C:, D:, etc.). That's why it fails and doesn't save at all. At least I think 😛. Therefore, I feel that this bug is just a side effect of MC-102065, and that this bug should be marked a duplicate of MC-102065.

MC-102065 was resolved to this one as they are all about structure blocks not saving structures propperly.

Side note: Tried looking in game console to see if it logged any errors. No errors except the same success message shown in chat. I look forward to the next snapshot.
