Structure Block load - Entity issue

If you load a saved structure with entities (Item Frames, Paintings, ...) or Flower Pots the flower/ the Items and Frames pop out.
All the blocks get replaced.

Steps to recreate:

• build a structure

• save it

• load it

• load it again (at exactly same position)
