[MC-1022] Server crash in single player

When I created a world, the screen froze for 10 seconds and the game crashed afterwards showing a an error: — "Exception in server tick loop".
It happened in vanilla minecraft.

The game started lagging, especially when I went into the nether in my superflat world (redstone ready).

Then this happened.

World is no longer playable. 😞

The issue of the logfile 2012-11-05_17.53.30 is a duplicate of MC-502
The other issue is a duplicate of MC-509
