Mineshafts spawnin in open air

Mineshafts in Mesas are now supposed to spawn on the surface. Not sure about this though.

Resolving to MC-102155.

Don't thin it's a duplicate. The problem here is that mineshafts spawn on the edge of the mesa and go onto other biomes

As long as the start of the structure is in the biome it's intended.
And the start of a mineshaft doesn't have to be that "shaft".
Also what you said doesn't come back in the description at all.
