[MC-102225] Can't teleport/move entity when i ride him

I can't teleport or move entity when i ride him : exemple : if a ride a horse (or boat , pig ... exept MinecartRideable ) and i use /tp @e[type=EntityHorse,c=1] ~ ~1 ~ or /entitydata @e[type=EntityHorse,c=1] {Motion:[0.0,1.0,0.0]} it's not working .

MC-101608 is saying that teleportation of a vehicle works. please check your command.

I can't teleport Rotation or Y coord Boat ! But i can teleport X and Z coord Boat
