Minecraft menu text, item names, and chat logs upside down

Switch to "English (UK)" and not to ,,(ʞ∩) ɥsᴉlƃuƎ,,

I was on 1.10.2 and this happened to me and other things too like flickering black bars and there was invsible text at first. I accidentally opened a window while fullscreened when it happened it also it came in a different font than 101369 and said united kindom instead of uk
