When an item-frame faces west, it appears all black.
any other direction is fine, and its is both new ones i place, and old ones loaded in old worlds. the items inside also appear black.

Also, some are missing, appear in the wrong place, or have a thick black line extending from them depending on the distance and angle you view them from. You can see this in Vincent294's Starter World. I'm using Java 8u91, Radeon Settings 16.2, and Windows 10 10586.338, though I heard it happens on OS X El Capitan too. No word on Ubuntu, but it probably affects them as well.
