Hello! Minecraft 1.10 Pre-Release 2 has released 5 minutes ago as of writing this and it states that new sounds for mobs were added so I quickly jumped into creative mode and realise that the Mule, Donkey, Stray, Elder Guardian, Wither Skeleton and the Husk spawn eggs are missing. I don't know if this is intentional or not. Thank You for reading this and keep up the good work! 🙂

I think thats why:MC-102949 I don't know why all of them, but I can understand why the skeleton horse and undead horse.

There were a number of issues with those eggs, so they removed them.
