throwing a ender pearl into a portal, in the overworld, sometimes, will teleport you to your nether coordenates, without leaving the overworld

What I expected to happen was to be teleported, by the ender pearl, to somewhere near the portal

What actually happened was, that got teleported to the coordenates of my nether, while in the over world

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a portal in the overworld
2. go to the nether, through the portal and come back
3. throw a couple of ender pearls to the portal
