Standing closer to 1/2 block in Polar Bear will not deal any damage

If the Player is standing closer to 1/2 block when they attacked Polar Bear, The Polar Bear will deal no damage to the player

How to reproduce:
1. Create an Creative World
2. Summon Polar Bear or give yourself an Spawn Eggs
3. Type /gamemode s in the chat
4. Hit the Polar Bear
5. Stand 1/2 block closer
6. Polar Bear will now not deal damage to you
