[MC-103238] 1.10 Chunk Generation Failure

I started a new Creative world in the new 1.10 update (which doesn't seem to be listed on the Mojang site). After a bit of exploring, I came across a strip of Desert/DesertHills/River biome within an Extreme Hills/Extreme Hills + biome. A malformed village is inside the out-of-place chunks. This might be an issue with village generation.

Can't reproduce, are you sure that you've not reused the name of this world?

The name is just "New World".(however, no other world has that name in the singleplayer list).

I was also unable to reproduce the problem. Could it be an issue with another world in my list? I had a desert world that I deleted before starting this one.

That's probably the issue. There's an open bug where if you reuse the name of a previously deleted world, that could happen.
