Auto jump activating on stairs when Speed is in effect

When a player is walking up stairs, auto jump is sometimes activating when it should not be. It should not be activating because players do not need to jump to climb stairs.

Auto jump seems to be activating on stairs inconsistently. Activation on stairs mostly seems to occur while under the influence of a Potion of Swiftness or a Speed beacon. It does not do this all the time.

Stairs made of slabs seem to work correctly but it's difficult to be sure.
