resources.zip Pack in world file doesn't work

What the...? This IS a bug. In 1.9.4 it worked perfectly fine and after updating the textures don't change anymore.

Even though I can not confirm this, if it is true, THIS IS A BUG. This is not a technical support issue because it involves loading worlds, if the game loaded worlds in a way that the game crashed ever time for ever player, would you tell them to go to Mojang support rather than the bug tracker to report the bug?

Are you using the correct version of the resource pack for the correct version of Minecraft? Maybe try downloading the resource pack again?

I created the pack myself and it worked with 1.9.4. I also checked if the directories to the texture files or something changed in 1.10, but they didnt. it should work.

It wasnt! if it would, i'd never know of it! its a FEATURE for mapmakers!

Add the pack.mcmeta, that it worked withou that in the past was NOT INTENDED.
