I was getting directed to upload a crash report file from folder named same, from issue MC-103324. No such folder exists in my copy of PC minecraft though, purchased maybe 6 months ago shortly before 1.9. I recall no crashes before 1.10 so have never had to check previously.

The crash reports folder only appears when an internal crash occurs and a report is generated. The lack of a report means the crash is occurring outside the bounds of the game.
