Tamed wolfs get stuck in grass path blocks.

When the tamed wolf teleported to the player when the player is on a path block, it should teleport onto the path block.

Instead of teleporting onto of the block, the tamed wolf would teleport into it and be stuck there. It wouldn't suffocate, it just couldn't get move.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tame a wolf.
2. Make a large area with a shovel to turn grass into path blocks
3. Have the wolf follow the player until it teleports to the player due to the player being to far away.
4. Most of the time, the wolf will teleport into the path block rather than being on top of it.
