[MC-10359] Chickens do not spawn.

I was starting a new world and noticed that I didn't have any chickens. I then tried about 30 other worlds and not a single chicken anywhere.

First world created, searched for 5 min, seed and coordinates in the screenshot.

I have opened about 50 worlds now, searched for around 2 hours and still no chickens. Something seems to be up with their spawning still.
