[MC-103919] cant load world/server

I cant load a server or world on 1.9 or higher and I don't know why I have tried all of the launchers on Minecraft.net but none of them work. I've created new directories for the launcher and I have done everything that I know about java and I can't figure this out.

Incomplete without a crash report from ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]). Please attach it to this ticket so that we can diagnose your issue.

Duplicate of MC-34749. Something like your anti-virus or firewall software is blocking the game.
