This issue seems to currently only be caused by modded servers, while using Minecraft 1.10.1. - Except it occurs on an unmodded server

It is the same problem that has been running rampart except the server I run is a completely unmodded vanilla server. Server sits on the same machine Ive been playing the client on.

Environment

Windows 10 Java 1.8.something for both client and server
