[MC-104158] Minecraft keeps crashing on me whenever i try to get on to a server

Minecraft on Minplex and Hypixel keep crashing on me whenever i try to get on those servers and i think it may also have an effect on all the servers i get on and i think it may have to do with me getting a recourse pack.

This is a duplicate of MC-103978.
The issue is caused by a modded server. Please do not create issues unless you are able to reproduce this on a 100% vanilla environment (Both client and server unmodded).
