[MC-104209] Every time i get on minecraft, it crashes.

Minecraft Keeps on Crashing for Me Every Time I get on Multiplayer.

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here
I would get on PrimeMC with no problems.

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here
Except, every time I get on PrimeMC, it keeps on crashing as soon as I log into it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get on Minecraft.
2. Next, I Click on PrimeMC to get on Skyblock.
3. Finally, the game crashes I soon as I get on Skyblock

This is a duplicate of MC-103978.
The issue is caused by a modded server. Please do not create issues unless you are able to reproduce this on a 100% vanilla environment (Both client and server unmodded).
