Everytime im on my world it crashes and it says that the system stopped working.

everytime I go on my world minecraft crashes and it says that the system stopped working.

What happened was I logged on and went on my world and five seconds later it stops working and java pops up, says that the system stops working and minecraft pops up again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press play
2. go on a world or server
3. play on it for a few seconds
4. CRASHES
