Strays, Husks, Polar bears, and Wither skeletons "still" doesn't have subtitles

that issue was before 1.10.2 update right? in my Minecraft, their sibtitle is missing even after 1.10.2!

so i create this issue because it's still missing after the 1.10.2 update
