[MC-104770] Windows 10 SRV records not working reliably

Not sure if this is a related issue, but MC-49826 is a similar issue but haven't heard mention of specific issues with windows 10...

Windows 7 was fine have verified with 2 computers. Windows 10 verified with 3 computers has an issue with SRV records of a server. at first the server will show up but then randomly if you hit refresh a bunch it will state "Can't Resolve Hostname"

With windows 7 i can spam the refresh button near indefinitely and always connect.

This doesn't seem to affect straight IP or A record hostnames, only SRV records.

Is this reproducible with any server/DNS setup? With specific server/setup?

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.12.2, or the latest 1.13 development snapshot 18w20c) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.

Is this still a issue in the latest version of the game(currently 1.13.1)?
