If nether wart placed close to stone straight, it prevent player to move from nether block to straigth block. All blocks placed on one level.

This is not a duplicate of 3337.
The surface of Soul Sand is slightly lower than most blocks. You have to jump to get up the stairs.
This is intended. Soul sand is smaller than a normal block.
