Dirt and stone becomes invisible randomly

When i remove dirt and stone in a big area, some of the blocks becomes invisible. When i walk into the invisible blocks it will stop me.
This happens more often when i use shovel or pickaxe with efficiency 5 and beacon with haste 2.
To fix this i must either Re-Login or go far away, when i then come back the blocks is visible.
