It may not be a bug but you can grow vines that attach to two blocks but you can't place them.
Describe what you thought should happen here

You'd place a vine block in the corner of a room but it'd attach to one space. If you then tried to place it on the other corner that isn't occupied the other vine block with disappear and the next one will be used.:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the corner of a room
2. Place a vine in that corner
3. Notice it doesn't attach to both blocks
