Crash when trying to create world

So I try to create a redstone ready world and I create the world and I crash THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN 1.9 OR 1.8 OR ANY OTHER VERSION LIKE 1.7 THIS WAS ALSO A BUG IN 1.10.1 AND ALSO HAPPENS IN 1.10 THE CRASH MESSAGE WAS:

Also btw when I copy a world and create it it works and when I open miencraft and try to find it it isnt there
