In languages, I selected the upside-down English language. The font is weird and small, but bearable for short periods of time. When i decide to go back to the upright English, the languages screen gets all big and off the screen then after a second readjusts. The font flips like normal but remains small. I try with multiple other languages and the font is still small. The GUI scale is stuck at normal and small, and is overall strange. This is with and without the default texture pack, and closing the game and reopening it is not doing anything.
