Unbreakable causes damage to be 0

When applying Unbreakable to an item it will be forced to have a damage value of 0, where I want it to be stuck on 3 forever.
Instead of setting it to 0 when damaged, maybe Minecraft could just set it back to what it was? 🙂

Except, maybe it wasn't intentionally set to 0...

Intended, as the logic simply does not follow. An item cannot be semi-broken while at the same time unbreakable.
