[MC-105847] /give Command Creates Items With Infinite Pickup Delay

If the /give command is used while a repeating command block is running the command /entitydata @e[type=Item] {Age:-32768}.
An item is given to the player, and another "unpickupable" version is dropped on the ground.

Issues caused by changing NBT tags during the lifetime of an entity will not be fixed.

All entities act unpredictably when altering them by commands (entitydata, teleport, etc) every tick (ie. repeating command block).
