crash when dispensing pumpkins

It should show smoke like in 1.10.2

In the snapshot it crashed when activating the dispensers

1. put down dispenser
2. fill with pumpkins
3. activate

I have the same issue. This should be re-opened.
The game always crashes when trying to dispense a pumpkin.

This only affects dispensers, it works fine with droppers.
