[MC-106141] Random Multiplayer Disconnects

Server/realm disconnects randomly on several triggers;

Loading new chunks has a very low chance to disconnect
Rejoining after a disconnect has a moderate chance to disconnect
Opening a chest has a higher chance of disconnect
Dying has a very high chance of disconnect
Injury leads to a moderate chance of disconnect.

What error do you get when you are disconnected?

Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
