[MC-106549] Sky goes dark in minecart

The sky gets darker when riding a minecart or boat (In or out of water). I tried changing settings, but nothing helped. This bug has been posted before, but they are all marked as resolved, and it cannot be reproduced in previous versions

Don't hate this for being a duplicate. It was fixed then came back.

They aren't hating. They're just letting you know that this is a duplicate. They write that on every single duplicate issue out there. And if it was fixed and came back, then the original issue would become marked as "Reopened". (Also, you have the same name as me!)

One other thing, the search function is really awful. Don't search something like "/clear command doesn't clear golden swords", search "clear" instead. Use the simplest search terms possible when searching for an issue.
