Jumping on farmland gets you stuck where you can't get out. Only by either destroying the dirt block or using the hoe again to turn it back to farmland. (reconnecting doesn't work)
This is only an issue when it is raining, i've found 2 issues describing this problem in general and it being fixed. I only get stuck when it rains and i do this.

actually i just managed to get it without rain as well. might be pure coincidence, in that case it's the same as 2 other issues and maybe those should be reopened?
