Some harvested blocks disappear but are still in the way

Some harvested blocks disappear, but when you try to move past their empty square the player returns constantly to the last case, whether it is backwards or upwards if falling on the block. It happens sometimes pretty ofter (3 times in 30 seconds of instant mining digging) or seldom (1 time in 45 minutes of digging with instant mining). I was on version 1.8 when I first started the world I am still playing in with this bug.

What I expected to happen was...:
The block should have disappeared, drop itself and not block the way

What actually happened was...:
The block didn't drop itself, and I have to quit the game and re-enter every time otherwise it will block the way indefinitely

Steps to Reproduce:
Harvest lots of blocks, but it is possibly only in my world that this bug happens, I can send you the map files, maybe it is in the 1.8 worlds updated to 1.10.2
