So every time I go into fullscreen, on any version it crashes. It doesn't matter if it is Vanilla or Modded. Also sometimes randomly it will crash, and I tried to stream earlier, but it would not let me. I have no clue as to what is going on! Here is the Crash report after I tried going fullscreen in 1.9.2. It has started acting like this, as far as I know of 03/09/16.

It appears LWJGL is crashing due to an issue with your graphics drivers, which is not something that can be corrected within the game. It is recommended you update to the latest drivers for your graphics card.
On a separate note, I notice you've allocated 10GB to the game, which (under most circumstances) will, if anything, reduce the performance of the game due to the large memory allocation. It is recommended you do not allocate this much memory.
For technical support please use the Mojang Support Center.
If you are not using any large texture packs, or setting your render distance very high, the default 1GB of allocated memory is plenty.
This is strictly a bug tracker, and not a place to receive tech support. The java virtual machine is crashing in your case, which is an issue outside the scope of the game, and thus cannot be corrected by the developers of Minecraft. While it may be a bug, it's not with the game itself. For these reasons it is recommended you visit tech support at the support centre, as I've previously mentioned.
You could try asking in the Minecraft Help Chat listed on the support centre resources...
