Dirt block appeared on an armor stand. See image attached. Presumably an Enderman (they have left blocks inside the tower before) as I cannot replicate this stacking on my own.

This may have been fixed in 1.16.2-pre2, see MC-192236
Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.13, or the latest snapshot 18w31a) of Minecraft?
