Observer Block Constant On After Being Pushed By Piston

If a Observer block is facing a Sticky Piston (Only Sticky is affected) and the observer block has a piece of redstone dust or a redstone comparator. When the piston pushes the observer block, The observer block will continuously output a signal until the piston is retracted. If the piston is broken while extended the observer block will permanently stay powered even if updated.
