Crashed Upon Clicking Respawn

I was messing with the new stuff that 1.11 has to offer, I was checking on what happens to if I died to the new "fang" enemies to pop up from the ground while riding other mobs, strangely, the game crashed upon respawning. I thought this was odd as I didn't have any cursed items on me, the only thing that was was a totem of undying and a grass block that was inside the first and 10th slot of the inventory.

I only assume the crash was the game trying to tick 3 players? As it shows my location in 3 different spots at the same time.

(Ignore the out-of-date graphics cards, that's unrelated to this issue.)
