[MC-107886] Skeleton spawner lost the spinning skeleton and does not function.

I completed a skeleton spawn xp generator in 16w39a. After the update the spawn box still exists in my spawner, but the spinning skeleton inside is gone and it does not function.

The whole world folder zipped is 68 Mb and I can only attach 10 mb file.
