Other "Note Block"s are correct.

This is not WAI. This is a simular bug as MC-58677, just a different ticket.
Why should this be WAI when other "Note Blocks" are correct and this is not.

The other ticket is about buttons and gui elements, which are supposed to be title case.

The subtitles are meant to all be sentence case. So it's fine as it is.

Then other ones should be not in a sentence, such as:

subtitles.item.flintandsteel.use=Flint and Steel click

subtitles.entity.wither_skeleton.ambient=Wither Skeleton rattles

subtitles.block.chorus_flower.death=Chorus Flower withers

"Note Block" is a proper noun in Minecraft. It should not be "Note block".
