Something is taking too long

so one of my friends asked me to report this, because he cant create an account.

At the exact time it started raining at the server, some guy left. He probably crashed because it  happened a few times before already.
Then I had lots of errors in the console "Someting's taking too long!"
It always was root.something or just repeatedly root.root.root.root.root.

when i pressed F3 there was 100% unspecified. When i opened it again, the diagram was just gone.

Poi Poi Chen can provide server logs, it happened on her server.
