The Bug:

TNT minecarts cannot be ignited with flint and steel.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Summon a TNT minecart and obtain some flint and steel.

  2. Attempt to ignite the TNT minecart using the flint and steel.

Observed Behavior:

TNT minecarts cannot be ignited.

Expected Behavior:

TNT minecarts would be ignited.
